Kinder gehören nicht ins Gefängnis!

Unterstützungserklärung/Petition

Wir können und wollen weder verstehen noch akzeptieren, dass der österreichische Staat und seine Gesetzgebung es zulassen, zur Aufrechterhaltung der sogenannten öffentlichen Ordnung zwei gut integrierte achtjährige Kinder überfallsartig und unter Einsatz bewaffneter Sicherheitskräfte in ihrem Zuhause abzuholen und ins Gefängnis zu stecken – um sie dann außer Landes zu schaffen.

Wir können und wollen weder verstehen noch akzeptieren, dass man Kinder ins Gefängnis steckt. Und wir können und wollen schon gar nicht verstehen oder akzeptieren, dass man Volksschulkinder von ihrer kranken Mutter trennt.

Kinder gehören nicht ins Gefängnis! Daher fordern wir von den Abgeordneten zum Nationalrat, die uneingeschränkte Aufnahme der Kinderrechtskonvention in die Verfassung. Wenn wir nicht wollen, dass weiterhin Kinder in Schubhaft landen und Familien auseinandergerissen werden, dann müssen wir gemeinsam ein Zeichen setzen, denn schlechte Gesetze gehören geändert.
